Delivery

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

During peak trading times, season launches or sale periods, there may be some delays.

If you require your order urgently, please upgrade to Express Shipping. If you select Express shipping your parcel will be shipped with an Express service. 

We use Australia Post tracked parcel post for most orders, and sometimes a courier for bulky items.

We ship from postcode 5576. 

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking details.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

Postage in Australia is expensive, so we are here to share the load.

We charge the Aus Post basic parcel post rate.

We offer free local pickup or delivery at checkout - please note this is in Yorketown, SA 5576 and is a 15km radius.
